Mokaïne cup

Lithographed tin advertising ashtray for Mokaïne

The scene depicts a Belle Époque style café or bar:

• An elegant man in a light beige suit, black tie, and straw hat is sitting at a small round table.
• He is smiling, holding a glass and a newspaper.
• A colorful parrot (green, red, and yellow) is perched on the back of a chair next to him.
• In the background, other customers and a waiter, in a Parisian café atmosphere.

The tray is in the style of early 20th-century French advertising, with somewhat faded colors (yellow, beige, green, and red), floral ornaments on the edges, and medallions depicting bottles of Mokaïne in the corners.
