Cafés Debray (or Établissements Debray) was a French coffee roasting and trading company, founded in 1879 by J. Debray. 

It expanded in Clichy (Hauts-de-Seine), where it established itself in 1905 on approximately 2,800 m² on Rue du Bois (today Rue Henri-Barbusse). The company subsequently diversified its activities into teas, then food products (pasta, tapioca, etc.). It had factories or branches in Lille, Le Mans, Antwerp, and Barcelona, and an extensive network of branches (more than 450 in France around 1919, plus points of sale in Belgium and Spain). It ceased operations after the Second World War.
