Vintage lithographed tin counter top spinning top depicting a happy man with a red face, a large exaggerated nose, and a wide smile. He wears a yellow top hat with green polka dots, and on the brim of the hat is written "HVEM BETALER?" (which means "Who pays?" in Norwegian/Danish).
He is holding a foamy yellow beer mug in one hand, and a blue and white striped sleeve is visible.
